Purpose and Scope
Tennessee public-record access has exceptions, and the difficult part is often locating the right custodian. Henry County’s Sheriff and Corrections system handles local booking and current-custody questions, while the Circuit Court follows the case after booking. TDOC has a separate offender lookup for people in its system. This site puts those official paths and their limits in plain language. No booking photographs or official records are stored here.
